Outbound: To apply for goods out of the warehouse, fill in the application form for the items that need to be out of the warehouse on the personal computer. After receiving the outbound order, the warehouse management personnel find out the corresponding items through the handheld or query the server, and place the goods in the area to be out of the warehouse. The goods with RFID electronic tags to be out of the warehouse are recognized by the RFID reader device through the entry and exit channels before loading. The outgoing channel reader / writer device checks the identified RFID electronic label information with the outbound application form to confirm whether the loaded goods are consistent, and if they are inconsistent, repeatedly identify or supplement the out of stock. The system automatically updates the item information (date, material, category, quantity, etc.), and forms the details of the warehouse receipt.

Transfer and storage: The goods to be transferred and transferred to the warehouse will be recognized by the RFID reader installed next to the passage when entering and exiting the channel. The RFID reader records the current tag information and sends it to the background center. The background center judges whether it is warehousing, warehousing or transfer based on the order of the RFID electronic tags identified by the entry and exit channels.
